Dampen the Sponge: 

• Hold the sponge under running water until it is fully saturated. Alternatively, you can fill a basin with water and submerge the sponge, allowing it to absorb water until fully expanded. 

Apply Shower Gel or Soap: 

• Squeeze a small amount of your preferred shower gel or soap onto the dampened sponge.  

Create Lather: 

• Gently rub the sponge between your hands to create a luxurious lather.  

Cleansing Process: 

• With the lathered sponge in hand, glide it over your skin using circular motions.  

Clean the Sponge: 

• After use, rinse the sponge under running water to remove any remaining soap or shower gel. Squeeze out excess water and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. 

Storage: 

• Store the sponge in a dry and clean environment to prevent the growth of bacteria. Avoid leaving it in damp or enclosed spaces.
