Delivery & Returns

We offer three delivery options for non-subscription orders:

  • Local Evri ParcelShop/Locker Collection - £2.95. Collect your parcel from a local Evri drop-off point at your convenience.
  • Standard Delivery - £3.95. Arrives in 3 to 5 working days. Delivery will be via one of our trusted couriers, either Royal Mail or Evri.
  • Royal Mail 24 - £4.95. Arrives in 1 to 2 working days. Order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) and it’ll be dispatched the same day.

95% of these deliveries land the next working day, but please allow up to 2 days.

Subscribers get lower delivery costs. Just one of the many perks.

  • Postage & Packing Contribution - £0.95. Orders under £30 include a small delivery contribution
  • Free Subscription Delivery - Orders over £30. Spend £30 or more and we’ll cover the shipping for you.

Most subscription orders are designed to fit through a standard UK letterbox.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot reimburse any lost items.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods. If you have any issues with your order, please refer to Section 11 in our terms of supply for further guidance.

I love the smell of this - smells like holidays!! Body Butter is thick and takes a while to absorb but my skin feels hydrated for a long time. The Body Oil is great for a quick application after showering; I always use this when my skin is wet and pat dry.

OMG! This smells amazing!!! The Body Butter is lovely and thick and keeps my skin hydrated all day and I love applying the oil after getting out the shower.
